What if I have full comprehensive coverage on my vehicle?
Customers who have full comprehensive coverage in the Florida state are not liable to pay any expenses related to your front windshield replacement. Your deductible is waived and you pay nothing out of pocket.
How soon can I schedule my installation?

Often, we can schedule your service for the same day (if scheduled before 11 am.) Worst case is next day service and we come to your location.

How long will my auto glass replacement take?

Glass replacements will often take 60 minutes or less; however, we recommend that you do not drive the vehicle for at least one hour after service is completed. 

My rear-view mirror is attached to my windshield. Will the technician attach it to the new windshield?

Yes, our auto glass installer will remove your rear-view mirror and attach it to your new windshield.

Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?

Yes, if possible. We will remove inspection stickers and other items affixed to your windshield and, if permitted by law, re-apply to the new windshield. Check with your state licensing agency for additional information on required inspections and stickers.

What if the installer can't reach me while I'm at work?

Our installer will attempt to contact all phone numbers listed on your order. If your installer cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Will I have to wait with my vehicle during the installation?

No, you don’t need to wait with your vehicle. But please be available if you are needed. If we are installing a door glass that moves, we will need your keys to make sure everything is functioning correctly.

Are you installers certified?

Yes, our installers are NGA-certified, meaning they have been thoroughly trained on the proper procedures for removing and installing auto glass.

Can you repair or replace my sunroof?

No, at the time Auto Glass On Location cannot repair or replace your sunroof glass. We only replace windshields, side windows and rear windows.

Do you offer window tinting services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a window tinting service at this time.

Where do we get our auto glass?

Auto Glass On Location buys its glass from the largest and most sophisticated glass manufacturers in the world; companies that work directly with and supply to the vehicle manufacturers. As more complexity and technology is integrated into vehicle glass, this approach allows us to deliver premier quality products and the best experience for our customers.

What payment methods are accepted for auto glass services?

Auto Glass On Location accepts all major credit cards and all insurance companies.

What does my quote include?

Your auto glass quote includes the cost of the glass and labor. Local and state taxes, as well as any required moldings. The technician will notify you of any additional charges before starting the work.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes, if your windshield leaks, molding comes loose, or glass distortion, we have you covered. We provide a lifetime warranty on parts and labor for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.
